"Susie created beautiful cakes for my two daughter’s weddings. These events were three years apart, and I felt blessed to find her still in the business when the 2nd wedding date was planned. A classic white multi tiered cake with a beautiful custom monogram, with delicious cheesecake offered as a groom’s cake just fit the English Garden theme of one reception. The other daughter was more “funky” in choosing a Tropical theme for her party. Susie crafted a tower with beautiful light green icing and scads of flowers between the tiers. The “piece de resistance” though was a Bleeding Armadillo grooms cake complete with grassy habitat and dirt made of cocoa powder! People around here still talk about that cake! (reference to the movie Steel Magnolias!). Both brides choose the strawberry cake, and it was delicious. Susie is great to work with, and is a classy lady that I am proud to call my friend."
